The 530 Collins Lobby Transformation will be revealed in July 2020 and will include:

The Collins street entrance will feature a new centralised concierge desk, lobby barista, and lounge areas for casual coffee catch up's and meetings.

530 Collins existing food court will be reconfigured with a new striking contemporary food and beverage offering, upgraded furnishings and aesthetic changes featuring an abudance of greenery. The centrepiece is the atrium with a new high-end/cafe bar.

The new entry to Little Collins Street will provide ease of connectivity to the food and beverage offering below and the new podium lobby experience with a cafe on arrival, extensive lounge areas and the new bathroom amenities.

Stage 1 & 2 Building Works

Stage 1 & 2 building works are commencing August 2019 to the eastern lobby on Collins St, Little Collins, and the retail at ground. During this time access to the building will be affected:

  • The eastern entry to Collins St will be closed from August - December 2019. Access to the Collins St entry will be available via the western revolving door and accessible door. The Disability access on Collins St will not be affected.
  • An alternative ramp access is available via King St
  • Little Collins St entry will be closed from August - April 2020.
  • Internal access between ground floor split levels via current existing stair lift.
